Requesting View Only Access to the Phoenix Application for Partner District Staff

Follow this process to request view only access to the Phoenix application for partner district staff.

By submitting this request you have verified that the listed partner district staff members have an educational need to access the confidential student information available in Phoenix.

It is the responsibility of the SSD staff who requested access to notify the Technology Service Desk if staff access needs to be inactivated during the course of the school year.

What partner district staff roles will be given view only access to Phoenix?

Staff holding the following job positions are approved for access to the Phoenix application:

  • District Liaison

  • Principal

  • Vice/Asst. Principal

  • Counselor

  • Registrar

If partner district staff do not hold one of these job positions, approval from the Executive Director for Partner Districts is required before view only access to Phoenix will be provided. At this time, general education teachers employed by a partner district are not given view only access to Phoenix.
