This article will assist users when viewing and printing locked events. 

1. Search for student

2. Select the student’s name from the student list panel to open the record

3. Select Events from the Student Profile

4. In Locked Events, select the menu for the event to be viewed

5. Choose View

6. Select a view option

7. The document will appear as a pdf in either a new tab, window or as a download

8. View or print from the browser
