Reevaluation Decision Event

Event information

This event documents the decision whether a reevaluation IS or IS NOT necessary by completing the Reevaluation Decision form. It is completed by the case manager.

If the parent/guardian/18+ student, partner district and the SSD Representative agree that a reevaluation is NOT necessary,  No Reevaluation event (which includes the Review of Existing Data Form) will be generated to be completed.  The Triennial Evaluation Documentation Form appears as a required form. The decision is documented on the Triennial Evaluation Documentation Form which is completed and the event can be locked. And the next event, the new Reevaluation Decision event due 3 years minus 105 generates.

If the decision is that a Reevaluation IS necessary, the Review of Existing Data Form is completed in the Reevaluation Event. That event is created when the Reevaluation Decision form indicates that a reevaluation is necessary and this event is locked.


Changing the Scheduled Date on the Event

The Reevaluation Decision Event cannot be locked if the Scheduled Date is a future date. This date should be the date the decision was made that a Reevaluation IS or IS NOT necessary. It is not the date of the Review of Existing Data meeting.

To change the scheduled date, click the edit icon next to Reevaluation Decision on the Scheduled Events panel of the Events page.

The Schedule Meeting window opens.

Change the Scheduled Date to the date the decision was made that a Reevaluation is or is not necessary. Save.
