Outside District Employees (Partner District Principals, Counselors, etc.): enter the username and password provided in the email sent to you by the SSD Technology Services Department
If you have questions about your username or password, please contact the SSD Technology Department at 314-989-8686. SSD employees can submit a ticket to the SSD Help Center. Select Logins and Accounts from the menu.
Characters in the Password field can be viewed by clicking the eyeball icon. Click the icon again to hide the characters.
Click Log In.
Save the Phoenix web address in your Bookmarks/Favorites for future use. You can also add it to the browser Bookmarks or Favorites bar. For assistance, please contact the Technology Service Desk. SSD employees can submit a ticket to the SSD Help Center. Select Logins and Accounts from the menu.
User Messages
When logging in, a User Message may appear with important information about Phoenix. The message will appear following each login until you acknowledge it or it expires.
After reviewing the message, select ‘Acknowledge’ or ‘Close’. If ‘Close’ is selected, the window will close, and the message will reappear the next time you log in until you acknowledge the message or it expires.
If you select ‘Acknowledge,’ a confirmation window appears.
To confirm the message, click ‘Yes’.
If ‘No’ is selected, the User Message Acknowledgement window will close, leaving the User Message visible.
Once the message is acknowledged, it will no longer appear or be accessible in Phoenix. The message can be copied to the computer’s clipboard and pasted into a word processing document if it will be needed for future reference.
If there are multiple current User Messages, each will display successively until acknowledged.
