Student Management Menu and Student Reports
This article assists users with the Student Management Menu and Student Reports.
Accessing the Student Management Menu
The Student Management menu includes options for adding and removing students from the Watch List and viewing information about the student, such as staff assignments and student reports.
To view the menu
Hover over a student's name on the Student List Panel.
Select the hamburger icon (the three lines).
The menu displays.
Menu Options
The options available on the menu are:
Add to / Remove from My Watch List
Allows the user to add or remove a student on their Watch List
All Watch Lists are automatically cleared on July 31 each year unless a different expiration date was entered when the student was added
Add Student Attachment
Opens the Logs page of the Student Profile where student attachments are stored.
All users can view the attached documents.
If the user has permission, an attachment can be added to the student's record.
Schedule New Meeting
Opens the Schedule Meeting window to create an event such as an IEP Amendment or IEP Correction without opening the Events screen on the student's profile
The ability to create a new meeting/event is permissions-based
Student Staff Management
Opens Student Staff Management where providers assigned as Case Manager, event Primary Staff, Service Providers, and Goal Responsible Staff can be viewed and changed
Student Reports
Opens the list of Student Reports

To view reports
Select Student Reports from the Student Management Menu
Select the name of the report you wish to view
If required, log in to Power BI using the username ssdco\username and your regular password
The report opens in Power BI, where it can be exported to Excel to manipulate the data

The first time you log in to Power BI on a computer or device, you will log in using the username ssdco\username and your regular password. After that, your credentials may be stored on that device. To remove your credentials, clear the browser history. If you are accessing Power BI on a computer other than your own, you will want to use a private browsing window.
