Summary of Performance Event

Event information
The Summary of Performance (SOP) event is created by the user. Instructions for creating the event are found here.
The SOP is completed not sooner than 30 calendar days before and not later than 10 calendar days after the date the student will be exiting from school due to graduation or aging out at age 21.
A Prior Written Notice-IEP is included in the event. It is used if a Prior Written Notice for a change of placement due to graduation was not included in the student’s final IEP.
The Summary of Performance must be completed, locked, and printed before notifying Student Data to exit the student.
