Event information

The Transportation Change event is created by the user. Instructions for creating the event are found here.

The event changes an existing Transportation form (demographics, pick up and drop off location, etc.).  It can not be used to add Transportation as a Related Service for the first time or to change the accommodations/modifications.  Those are IEP Team decisions and must be made through an IEP or Amendment.

The Transportation Change event is also used for all students requiring transportation for ESY, even if they do not receive transportation as a related service during the school year. More information can be found here.
