Review of Existing Data pages 2-4 are in the Reevaluation Event. On each page, there is an area where the data source, description of data reviewed, a summary of information gained must be documented and indicate if further assessment is needed in the area.

Completing RED pages 2-4:

1. Check data source(s) for area

2. Enter Type and Description of Data Reviewed

3. Enter Summary of Information Gained

4. Indicate if Further Assessment Information is Needed and indicate any Assessment instruments, if known

5. Save

6. Repeat these steps for each area through RED page 4
