Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen when logging into Phoenix. There are 2 sections - Program Compliance and My Meetings

Program Compliance

The Program Compliance charts - Staff Unassigned, Meetings and Progress Reports contain issues requiring attention if you are associated with the student. Select a link in a chart to see details about the issue and to address it immediately. If any link has more than 200 records, you will be directed to generate a report to see the details of the issues.

The information in Program Compliance is based on the filter used. Select a filter based on your role - Case Manager, Caseload or a school district.

  • When Case Manager is selected, the charts show issues for students you are assigned as Case Manager.

  • When Caseload is selected, the charts show issues for students you are assigned as Case Manager, Goal Responsible Staff, Service Provider or Event Primary Staff.

  • If School District is selected, the information on the charts include all students whose Attending or Home School is in that district. This filter is typically used by Administrators.

    • When the School District filter is used and a link from the one of the charts is selected, a school can be chosen from the drop-down that appears in the detail.

Staff Unassigned

Once the link is selected from the Staff Unassigned chart, users can view a list of students with case manager, service provider, or goal responsible staff set to ‘Unassigned’. The detail opens where staff can be assigned inline by selecting ‘Unassigned’ to open the Staff Editor to assign yourself or use the magnifying glass to search for someone else.

For example, "3 Goal Responsible Staff" is selected from Staff Unassigned.

When selected, the detail appears below the chart in the Staff Unassigned detail section.  It includes a list of students associated with the logged in user that has 3 goals with no responsible staff assigned.  Staff can be assigned inline by clicking 'Unassigned". The staff editor opens so you can assign yourself (smiley face) or click the magnifying glass to open the Staff Search window to search for other staff. See here for steps to add a provider. The information in the detail section will be slightly different depending on the Staff Unassigned link selected,.

Quick View

The Student Quick View (eyeball) feature provides the user with “at a glance” information for a student such as program summary, scheduled events and other information. The quick view may show different information depending on where it is accessed in the application.

When Student Name is selected on the row or anywhere in the application, the student's Profile will open.

Meetings

Users can select a link to view events that are past due, due in 0-7 or 8-30 days.

In the example, "3 Meetings Due in 0-7 Days" is chosen.  The detail for the meetings (or events) appear. Each meeting is a link that when selected opens the overview screen of the event where forms can be selected to be completed.

Progress Reports

Users can select a link to see progress reports that are past due, due in 0-7 or 8-30 days.

The example uses "3 Progress Reports Past Due". When the link is selected, you may see multiple progress due dates.  Selecting the  "+" next to the Progress Due Date expands the list where all progress reports due on that date are available.  To complete all progress reports, select the checkbox next to the Progress Due Date.  To complete specific progress reports, only select the checkbox next to the reports to complete.  Click Go to Progress Reports to complete them.  Click here for more information on how to complete and print progress reports.

To close the progress report details, click the X.

My Meetings

My Meetings is a calendar of scheduled events for which the current user is assigned as Primary Staff or Invited Staff to an event.

The calendar view defaults to month but can be changed to week or day.  If an event appears on the calendar, select the eyeball to see information about the event and forms that can be selected for completion in the overview section.  Or you can select the event link from the calendar to open the overview screen where forms can be completed.
