Correction - Reevaluation Event
This article is to help users with the event.
Event information
The Correction Reevaluation Event is created by the user and is used to correct a Reevaluation Event. Instructions for creating the event are found here.
It is extremely important that the correct dates are used when creating the event. The Due Date and Scheduled Date should be the date of the Eligibility Conference or RED for the event being corrected.
The Correction Reevaluation is used to correct a clerical error discovered after the Reevaluation has been locked. All forms will be created. If a copy of the report has been sent to the parent a Correction Notification form will be required and included when sending the corrected report to the parent.
After making the necessary corrections, if assessments were completed, attach Assessment Results to the correction event. Lock the event. If an evaluation report was written, the evaluation chair will use the correction process for ESI Caselog. The Word Processors will send the corrected document to the parent, with the Correction Notification, if appropriate.
The Correction - Reevaluation event can not be used if the Notification of Meeting is the reason for the correction. Instead a new Reevaluation Decision event and Reevaluation event should be completed. Create a ticket with the Service Desk so that incorrect event(s) can be removed.
