Step-by-step
Go to Power BI (https://bi.ssdmo.org) on your browser
Log in using the SSD provided username and password with following format:
Sign In
The homepage appears, select the Special Education Data folder
Select Phoenix Reports
Select Pupil Personnel
Select MOSIS Data Download
Select your district from Attending District
Select an option from Early Childhood
Click View Report
The report appears. The report can be exported to Excel by clicking the diskette then Excel.
Once the report has been exported, it can be opened in Excel to manipulate the data.
