Non-Resident Services Plan Scenario 6: End NRSP - Student no longer attends a public school in St. Louis County – Currently receiving services through an NRSP (Current Phoenix Status is "Active (Non-Resident Services Plan)") - Exit required
This scenario is for a student who currently receives services through an NRSP but no longer attends a public school in St. Louis County (graduated, moved, returned to the home school, etc.). The student will be exited from Phoenix and ESI.

Case Manager | Submit a ticket to the Technology Service Desk through the Phoenix section of the Service Desk Portal (select Phoenix/ESI help), or in an email using your SSD email account saying the student no longer attends a public school in St. Louis County and will no longer be receiving services through a Non-Resident Services Plan (include Student Number and the last date student will receive services through the NRSP). |
SEIMS Department | Revise the Scheduled Date of the Non-Resident Services Plan event to the last date the student received services through the NRSP, if known, or the date completing the event. |
Open the Non-Resident Services Plan event. | |
On the Non-Resident Services Plan Decision form, select “Student no longer receiving services through Non-Resident Services Plan”. | |
Complete Comments section indicating the student no longer attends a public school in St. Louis County and will no longer receive services. | |
Save the form. | |
Lock the Non-Resident Services Plan event. | |
