Early Childhood Coalition Decision form
The Early Childhood Coalition Decision form is included in the Early Childhood Coalition Transfer Event. The form documents students that fit the following scenarios:
Resides in an EC Coalition District and receive services through SSD,
Resides in a district where SSD provides special education and receive services through EC Coalition District, or
Currently receiving services through an EC Coalition District and anticipated to enroll in kindergarten St. Louis County
The EC Coalition Transfer Event, which includes the EC Coalition Decision form, is created and completed by Intake or the Early Childhood Student Data Secretary.
Teacher-Level staff and Administrators are able view the open and locked event.
