This article assists users when using Power BI to view Phoenix Provider reports. Provider reports are created by Special Education Teachers and Related Services Providers.

Provider Reports - Teachers and Providers

1. Each Provider (Special Education Teacher, Related Services Provider, etc.) can create only their own reports. The reports are created for the logged in user.

2. For information about the available reports download the List and Descriptions of Provider Reports.

3. Instructions for viewing reports are included on the Phoenix Reports - Provider Quick Start

4. Click the Provider button to view the available reports.

5. The list of reports displays. Click the tile for the report you wish to view.

Provider Report uses:

1. Meetings Due - for IEPs and Reevals due by a specified date. This is useful in ensuring that all events due by October 1 are completed by the end of the prior school year.

2. Open Meetings - all open meetings assigned, including open Amendments and Discipline Documents.

3. Other reports available provide lists of Students, Accommodations, Goals, and Student Contacts.
