The Annual IEP (EC Coalition) Event is completed by the SSD Case Manager for students who reside in an EC Coalition District and receive services through SSD (this does not include students attending an EC Coalition District who receive itinerant services through SSD for Vision, Hearing, etc.)

The event is automatically generated by the system based on decisions documented on  the EC Coalition Decision Form in the EC Coalition Transfer Event which is created and completed by Intake or the Early Childhood Student Data Secretary.
