RingCentral

This article is for anyone wanting to know more about RingCentral phones, applications and information.

SSD has 2 types of RingCentral accounts:

Full Accounts – these are primarily assigned to office staff, administration and teacher-level staff in the SSD buildings and teacher-level partner-district staff. Staff with these accounts might have a desk phone and can use the desktop or mobile apps (also referred to as soft phones). You can make and receive unlimited calls and text messages. You also have the ability to send/receive faxes using your phone number and host conference calls.

Voicemail Only Accounts – Teacher assistants and paraprofessionals have this type of account. You can now download the mobile app to check voicemail and contact users within our organization. You can check voicemail from the app, or by calling 314-989-8448.

Full and mobile accounts are available to full time SSD employees who work in SSD buildings, and some itinerant staff.
