Note: The information below is for Voicemail Only users.

  • Voicemail Only users can only use the mobile app.

  • You can receive calls (up to 20 per month) using the RingCentral app on a phone or tablet. 

  • Outside callers can reach you by calling 314-989-8100 and dialing your extension.

  • You can make internal calls by dialing the extension of the person you are trying to reach.

  • You can check voicemail from your app or by dialing 314-989-8448 and following the prompts.

RingCentral for Mobile

Follow these steps to install the RingCentral app on your mobile device.

  1. Download the RingCentral app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple)

  2. Log in to your RingCentral account using Single Sign on.

RingOut on RingCentral Phone for Mobile

It is possible to make outgoing calls from your mobile device with a Voicemail only account. The feature is called RingOut and uses your phones minutes and/or data to connect. Click the link below for more information regarding this feature and instructions for setting it up.
