Technical Support can help with standard login issues and some general pdf issues. For issues related to content, content completion or deeper issues you’ll need to contact Sean Peete via the Human Resources Service Desk

New employees may not have access to SafeSchools content immediately. If access continues to be restricted the supervisor should contact Human Resources to check the status of their account.

Logging into SafeSchools

You will use your 6 digit employee ID number to log into SafeSchools.

It is recommended that you use portal.ssdmo.org to log into the SafeSchools application. It will look like this on one of the Application Pages.

If you go directly to SafeSchools website then you enter your employee ID number as your username and you should gain access to the content

Downloading Certificates (Windows 10/11)

  1. Click on the green “Certificate” button next to the completed module.

  2. Right click anywhere on the following webpage (It should be a certificate of completion)

  3. Select “Print”

  4. You will choose “Save as PDF” under the printer option. It should look similar to this:

  5. Select “Save” button

  6. Make sure to take note of where you save your file and name it appropriately.

Downloading Certificates (MacOS)

  1. Click on the green “Certificate” button next to the completed module.

     

  2. If using the Mac track pad place two fingers on the pad and click.

  3. Select “Print Page”

  4. Select “Save as PDF”

  5. Name it appropriately and note where you’re saving your file


     

  6. Click the “Save” button

Restarting a previously completed course

  1. Chose the course that you’d like to restart

  2. Click the “Restart Course” link

  3. You will be taken to the start of the course again
