These are steps to generate a list of students who are pending enrollment and then processed for EC Coalition services. This process is based on user permissions.

Step-by-step

  1. Click Reports on the main menu options

  2. Select Process Reports from the File Menu

  3. In the Pending reports section, choose Load the appropriate EC Coalition Report

  4. The following is a sample report of the reports that will generate

  5. Select Processed on the student row after the Initial Joint Review/Consent event for the student has been created in Phoenix

  6. Go to Load> (choose the appropriate EC Coalition report) in the Group: Processed reports section

  7. The report generates and the student appears on the report
