These are steps used to generate a list of transfer students who are pending and then processed. This process is based on user permissions.

Click Reports on the main menu options
Select Process Reports from the File Menu
Click Load>Referred in the Group: Pending reports section
The following sample report will generate, verify the student appears on the list
Select Processed on the student row after the Initial Joint Review/Consent event for the student has been created in Phoenix
Go to Load>Referred in the Group: Processed reports section
The following report generates and the student appears on the report
