ESI: Caseload Threshold Maintenance (New Release)
Set thresholds for Caseload Rating, Total Case Managed, and Total Students.
Search
Hover over Provider Maintenance in the Admin menu and select Caseload Threshold Maintenance from the flyout menu.
You have two options available: you can either utilize the search function or navigate through the tree menu.
Should you choose to use the search option, input a relevant keyword and proceed by clicking on the search button.
The tree structure will populate with items that match your search criteria.
To revert back to the default tree view, simply click on the clear button.
Pressing the Enter key after entering the keyword will not initiate the search process; the user is required to click the Search button.
Alternatively, if you opt for browsing through the menu tree, scroll through until you find your desired item.
Please select a Service Delivery Model Group from the dropdown menu to view the threshold details.
Specialties in bold have at least one threshold attributed to them.
Modify Threshold
Choose a Provider Specialty.
Select a Service Delivery Model Group from the dropdown menu
Each item in the list will have a number next to it indicating the number of school categories configured.
Select the Edit button located next to the threshold you wish to modify.
Adjust the ranges using the sliders and/or arrows.
You may also enter a precise number in the value fields.
Don't forget to click on the Save button once you're done with your modifications.
Delete Threshold
Choose a Provider Specialty.
Select a Service Delivery Model Group from the dropdown menu
Locate and click on the Delete button next to the desired threshold.
To confirm, please click the OK button in the popup box.
Add Threshold
Choose a Provider Specialty.
Select a Service Delivery Model Group from the dropdown menu
Pick a school category from the drop-down list.
Click on the Add button.
Proceed to repeat as required until all thresholds have been added.
When incorporating a threshold, it is advisable to note that the default threshold values may not align with your specific requirements. Therefore, it is recommended that upon setting a threshold, you promptly adjust the values to accurately reflect real-world scenarios.
