ESI: Provider Maintenance
Provider information will be maintained in ESI. There are three parts to the process, Part 1-Adding a Person, Part 2-Adding the Staff Type, and Part 3- Adding a Supervisor/Provider details. Parts 1 and 2 are completed by the Phoenix Administrator. Below are steps to Part 3.
Adding a Supervisor/Entering Caseload Information
Part 3: Add Supervisor
Go to Admin, Provider Maintenance (After the Phoenix Administrator has added the new provider and staff type, enter search criteria in the Search field)
Click Load
Expand No Supervisor by selecting the plus sign next to it
Double click provider's name
Enter Supervisor
Enter Reporting Supervisor
Enter School
Enter Specialty
Enter Comments, if necessary
Save.
