Accessing Service Desk
There are two ways to login to Jira cloud. There is the direct URL for service desk and software project users and there is the URL for the SSD Help Center. Jira
Jira Cloud URL
If you are already logged into your SSD Office 365 account, you will automatically be logged in to Jira cloud.
Enter your SSD email address and click Continue.
You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign in screen. Enter your SSD email address and click Next.
On the Special School District sign in screen, enter your SSD password and click Sign in.
Now you will be redirected to the Jira cloud Your work screen.
SSD Help Center
If you are already logged into your SSD Office 365 account, you will automatically be logged in to Jira cloud.
Go to: https://ssdmo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals or login to the SSD Portal, https://portal.ssdmo.org and locate the SSD Help Center button.
Enter your SSD email address and click Next.
Click Log in with single sign-on.
You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign in screen. Enter your SSD email address and click Next.
On the Special School District sign in screen, enter your SSD password and click Sign in.
Now you will be redirected to the SSD Help Center screen.
Phoenix and ESI were upgraded on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance.
