Use this article when needing to create blog posts for the Technology Services Knowledge Center space.

Step-by-step

Blog posts are a great tool for when you need to share information. but it is not necessarily a step-by-step or resource guide.

Blog posts in the Technology Services Knowledge Center may only be created by management level depart members of Technology Services. If you have an idea for a blog post, please send the information to your manager to have it shared as a blog.

  1. Click the Create button.

  2. Select the Blog post template.

  3. Enter in a Title and the content of your post.

    1. You may use any macros just like you would in a standard knowledge article.

  4. Click the in the top right corner and select Add labels.

    1. Labels control which main pages display blog posts.

      1. The home page displays all blog items

      2. Phoenix/ESI main page displays blog posts with the label: phoneix-esi-help

      3. Approved Device or Software main page displays blog posts with the label: approved-devices-and-software

  5. After adding labels, click Publish.
