Using the Payment Modeling tool in Employee Self-Service

This article shows you how to use the Payment Modeling tool in ESS. Use this calculator to get your current data and change the details using the calculator to produce different results.

Step-by-step guide

  1. You will need to login to Lawson. If you are having trouble go to the, Logging Into Lawson, article and then return to this page.

  2. Make sure you click on the Lawson icon to ensure you are in the correct application.

     

  3. Go to Bookmarks > Employee Self-Service > Pay > Payment Modeling.

     

  4. Scroll to the bottom the screen and you will see the Get Current Data, Calculate and Clear buttons. These buttons will help you tacke actions on any of the changes you make.

  5. Once you make any adjustments, you will click the Calculate button.

  6. Now the screen will refresh and the new results will be on the right of the screen.
