Updating your address and phone numbers in Employee Self-Service

This article will show you how to update your address, main and supplemental phone numbers.

This application uses Multi-Factored Authentication (MFA) to protect your employee information. If you need help with MFA, please go to the Multi-factor authentication article.

Address Change and Main Phone Number

  1. You will need to login to Lawson. If you are having trouble go to the, Logging Into Lawson, article and then return to this page.

  2. Make sure you click on the Lawson icon to ensure you are in the correct application.

     

  3. Go to Menu > Bookmarks > Employee Self-Service > Life Events > Address.

     

  4. Select the Effective Date from the calendar picker in which you want this move to be applied.

  5. Complete the form with your new address. Include Address 1, Address 2 (if you reside in apartment), City, State, and Postal Code.

  6. You may also change your phone main phone number here in the Phone field.

  7. After you have made your changes to any of the fields above, you then click the Update button.


Supplemental Phone

If you have a supplemental phone number in addition to your main phone, you may add a secondary phone number.

  1. On the Home tab, you must select the Effective Date from the calendar picker in which you want this move to be applied.

  2. Next, click on the Supplemental tab.

  3. Update or add a secondary number to the Phone field.

  4. After you have made your changes click the Update button.
