Updating your address and phone numbers in Employee Self-Service
This article will show you how to update your address and main and supplemental phone numbers.
This application uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your employee information. If you need help with MFA, please go to the Multi-factor authentication article.
Address Change and Main Phone Number
You will need to log in to Infor Lawson. Navigate to MyApps My Apps
Select “Employee Self-Service”
If you are having trouble go to the, Logging Into Lawson, article and then return to this page.
Go to Menu > Bookmarks > Employee Self-Service > Life Events > Address
Select the Effective Date from the calendar picker where this move will be applied.
Complete the form with your new address. Include Address 1, Address 2 (if you reside in an apartment), City, State, and Postal Code.
You may also change your phone's main phone number here in the Phone field.
After you have made your changes to any of the fields above, you then click the Update button.
Supplemental Phone
If you have a supplemental phone number in addition to your main phone, you may add a secondary phone number.
On the Home tab, you must select the Effective Date from the calendar picker to which you want this move to be applied.
Next, click on the Supplemental tab.
Update or add a secondary number to the Phone field.
After you have made your changes click the Update button.
