Browsing requirements for Lawson
Use this article to gather the basic Lawson 10.1 browser requirements and settings.
Browser Requirements

Pop-up Blocker
Pop-up blocker must be disabled for Lawson X to properly function, please see the article, Disabling the pop-up blocker for Lawson, for full instructions.
Browser Cache and History Issues
Google Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome
At the top right, click More > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
In the "Clear browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
Click Clear browsing data.

Microsoft Edge
Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services .
Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.
Choose the types of data you want to clear (see the table below for descriptions). For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form fill data.
Select Clear now.

Mozilla Firefox
On your computer, open Mozilla Firefox.
Click the menu button and choose Preferences.
Select the Advanced panel.
Click on the Network tab.
In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
Close the page.

Safari (MacOS)
On your computer, open Safari.
Click History > Clear History.
In the pop-up menu, choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.
Click OK.
