Issue: The user is not able to pop out or open the Drill Around (Drill Select) menu while inside Infor Lawson.

Resolution: Authenticate to Infor Lawson, Select User Options and then Drill Tab, and then Disable All Options in Open in New Window

1. Authenticate to Infor Lawson

2. Select the “User Options” tab under the account name on the left side panel

3. Click the “Drill” tab

4. Toggle the following options off under “Open in New Window”

   1. Drill Explorer

   2. Select

   3. Attachments

5. Test a screen that has Drill Select (GL298, PO, HR)
