Clever - Generating Student QR Code Badges

  1. Go to https://schools.clever.com/ and log in.

  2. Click on “SSO & Portal”.

  3. Click on “Badges”.

  4. Find the school where the students are assigned.

  5. You can click "New" to download Clever Badges for those who don't have them yet.

  6. Or, you can click "All" to download all of them.

  7. Using either option will send you a link to your email where you can download and extract the badges.

  8. Once the email comes in, there will be a link taking you to a download of a .zip file. You must download and extract the folders within the .zip file.

  9. The badges will then be organized in folders both by grade and by class section. You can drill into the grade folders to print off whole class sheets or individual students, or you may drill into the section based folders to print off whole class sheets based on SIS enrollment.

You must have access to Clever and have multi-factor authentication with Clever setup prior to logging in.
