Student codes are attributes about a student that can be used to identify by groups, for state reporting and other purposes. Below are steps used to change them.

Step-by-step

1. Search for student requiring the change by entering the SSD# and clicking on the magnifying glass 

2. Select the Student Codes tab

3. Select the Type from the drop-down

4. Select the appropriate Code which is determined by the selection from the Type drop-down

5. Enter a Value, if needed

6. Enter the Start Date

7. Save

8. To end a code, enter an End Date, Save
