To ensure that the location feature is enabled on PC web browsers for accurate tracking and functionality on the self-service portal.

Key Steps:

  1. Google Chrome Browser:

    • Log in to Infor WFM on Google Chrome.

    • Navigate to the self-service portal.

    • If prompted for location access, click "Allow."

    • To check if location access is enabled:

      • Click on the lock icon in the address bar.

      • Ensure location is set to "Allow on every visit."

      • If disabled, re-enable it.

  2. Edge Browser:

    • Log in to Infor WFM on Microsoft Edge.

    • Access the self-service portal.

    • If asked for location permission, click "Allow."

    • To check if location access is enabled:

      • Click on the site information button.

      • Confirm that location access is allowed.

      • If disabled, re-enable it.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that location access is granted to avoid any issues with tracking or functionality. This is required by the SSD Executive Leadership Team.

  • If unsure about the status of location access, always check the site information or lock icon for confirmation.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Regularly check and confirm location access to prevent any disruptions in tracking.
