A system error has occurred.

Message: Could not find localization for message id='SM-NEWTRANSEXCREPORT_REPORTDESC' for domain='WORKBRAIN_SYSTEM'

Please contact system admin for support using the following reference ID:12911and manage imported time-off requests in the WFM system effectively.

Resolving the Issue

The following error has been identified as a current bug by the vendor Infor. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  1. Clear all browser cache and cookies. For help on how to clear cache and cookies refer to, Clearing Cache - Desktop and Mobile Browsers

  2. Close all browser windows.

  3. Log back into Infor - WFM and proceed to run the report.
