Key Steps:
Google Chrome Browser:
Log in to Infor WFM on Google Chrome.
Navigate to the self-service portal.
If prompted for location access, click "Allow."
To check if location access is enabled:
Click on the lock icon in the address bar.
Ensure location is set to "Allow on every visit."
If disabled, re-enable it.
Edge Browser:
Log in to Infor WFM on Microsoft Edge.
Access the self-service portal.
If asked for location permission, click "Allow."
To check if location access is enabled:
Click on the site information button.
Confirm that location access is allowed.
If disabled, re-enable it.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that location access is granted to avoid any issues with tracking or functionality. This is required by the SSD Executive Leadership Team.
If unsure about the status of location access, always check the site information or lock icon for confirmation.
