How to Approve Timecards- WFM Upgraded Version
Objective:
To guide supervisors through the process of approving time cards for their team members in the Infor WFM application.
The video below uses the Infor GO PC application for the demonstration. The steps and screens are identical to the iOS and Android Infor Go application.

Key Steps:
Log in to Infor WFM:
Ensure you are on the supervisor default screen.
If directed to the self-service portal, switch to the admin portal by clicking the menu, selecting the self-service portal drop-down, and choosing admin portal,
Select Supervisor Approval:
Navigate to the supervisor approval section in the navigation bar.
Search for employees by ID or team.
Use filters for pay groups, calculation groups, and date ranges.
Review Time Cards:
Hover over "worked" items to view details.
Expand days and line items for a more detailed view.
Check balances, adjustments, pending clocks, and rejected items.
Approve Time Cards:
Approve one day at a time by clicking the X button.
Approve a whole pay period by selecting all for a specific user.
Authorize all employees at once by clicking authorize all.
Cautionary Notes:
Ensure to review all details before approving timecards to avoid errors.
Double-check any adjustments or pending clocks for accuracy.
Be cautious when authorizing all employees at once to prevent any unintended approvals.
Tips for Efficiency:
Utilize filters and search options to quickly locate specific employees or teams.
Use the expand and collapse features to view detailed information on time cards.
Take advantage of the map icon to verify employee locations if needed.
