Paraprofessional - How to clock and sub pay - WFM Upgraded Version

Objective

To provide a step-by-step guide for paraprofessionals on how to clock in, clock out, and substitute for a teacher using the new system.

Grace Periods

  • In punch - Clock in 10 minutes before scheduled in time, 5 minutes after scheduled in time = scheduled start time

  • Out punch - Clock out 5 minutes before scheduled off time, 10 minutes after scheduled off time = scheduled end time

  • This should NOT be used every day.

  • Lunches do not have grace periods.

The video below uses the Infor GO PC application for the demonstration. The steps and screens are identical to the iOS and Android Infor Go application.
