How to Locate and Bookmark the New URL for the WFM web-based application - WFM Upgraded Version

Objective:

To guide team members on how to request time off using the new WFM system.

The video below uses the Infor GO PC application for the demonstration. The steps and screens are identical to the iOS and Android Infor Go application.

Key Steps:

  1. Open a web browser on your PC and go to the URL: https://mingle-portal.inforcloudsuite.com/v2/SPECIALSCHOOLDIS_PRD

  2. Bookmark the URL for easy access in the future.

  3. Alternatively, find the URL in the communications that have been sent out or locate it on the SSD portal.

  4. Once the URL loads, you will be directed to the sign-in screen for Microsoft.

  5. Enter your SSD username and password.

  6. If you are already logged in and synced in for the day with your MFA, you will be automatically logged into the system.

  7. Complete any additional authentication steps, if required.

  8. After the second factor authentication, you will be directed to the self-service portal screen.

  9. Supervisors and management may be directed to the admin screen initially. To access the self-service portal, click on the "user" button at the top of the screen.

  10. Once in the self-service portal, you can access the necessary features and functions.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure you are using the correct URL provided.

  • Keep your username and password secure.

  • Follow any additional authentication steps carefully to avoid login issues.

  • Contact IT support if you encounter any difficulties during the login process.
