How to Clock Additional Assignments - WFM Upgraded Version
Objective:
To accurately clock in and out of additional assignments with job changes or time code changes for salaried employees using Infor WFM.
Lunches do not have grace periods.
The video below uses the Infor GO PC application for the demonstration. The steps and screens are identical to the iOS and Android Infor Go application.

Key Steps:
Logging in to Infor WFM:
Access the PC application or the Infor Go app on your Android or iOS device.
Use the provided URL for the PC application.
Clocking in for Assignments with Job Changes:
Click on the clock button and select "View More."
Choose "Change Job" and select the appropriate job from the list.
Select the job to automatically clock in.
Go back to the clock and select "Change Supervisor," then choose the relevant supervisor from the list.
Once updated, you are clocked in for the selected job.
Log back in and select "Clock Off" to finish the job.
Clocking in for Assignments with Time Code Changes:
Follow the same process as above to access the clock button and select "View More."
Choose "Change Time Code" and select the relevant time code from the list based on the task.
For example, type in "Add" for a specific task and hit enter. Select Additional Caseload from the list.
Select the appropriate time code and proceed to clock in.
Contact your supervisor and/or attendance secretary to confirm the correct code you should select.
Log back in, select the clock button, and choose "Off" to clock out.
Cautionary Notes:
Ensure to select the correct job and supervisor when clocking in for assignments with job changes.
Double-check the time code selected for assignments with time code changes to ensure accurate pay.
Tips for Efficiency:
Use the search function to quickly find specific time codes for efficient clocking in and out.
