How to Clock On/Off and Review Your Timesheet - Hourly Part-Time/Substitutes - WFM Upgraded Version
Objective
The objective of this article is to guide hourly part-time employees on how to clock on and off and review their timesheets using the Infor WFM self-service portal application.
Grace Periods
In punch - Clock in 10 minutes before scheduled in time, 5 minutes after scheduled in time = scheduled start time
Out punch - Clock out 5 minutes before scheduled off time, 10 minutes after scheduled off time = scheduled end time
This should NOT be used every day.
Lunches do not have grace periods.
The video below uses the Infor GO PC application for the demonstration. The steps and screens are identical to the iOS and Android Infor Go application.

Key Steps:
Logging In: Access the Infor WFM self-service portal application via PC, iOS, or Android.
Clocking On: Select the red clock button at the bottom of the screen and select "view more".
Clock Options:
Change Job: Select a different job if applicable.
Change Absentee: Substitute for another staff member by selecting their name.
Time Codes: Choose the appropriate time code from the list.
Change Supervisor: Update the supervisor if needed.
Location: Change your location if necessary.
Reviewing Timesheet: Click on the "Timesheet" button to view work details, time stamps, job codes, and hours.
Correcting Errors: If any discrepancies are found, contact the attendance secretary or supervisor for corrections.
Clocking Off: Click on the log off button to successfully clock off and then ensure that you sign out of the application.

Ensure to select the correct options based on your job role.
Double-check all entries on the timesheet for accuracy.
Contact the appropriate personnel for any issues or corrections needed.
Tips for Efficiency
Familiarize yourself with the different clock options available.
Keep track of your time entries regularly to avoid errors.
Always log off and sign out of the application after completing tasks for the day.
