How to Enter/Cancel Time Off Requests- WFM Upgraded Version
Objective:
To guide team members on how to request time off using the new WFM system.
The video below uses the Infor GO PC application for the demonstration. The steps and screens are identical to the iOS and Android Infor Go application.

Key Steps:
Log in: Access the WFM application and navigate to the menu on the left.
Request Time Off: Scroll down the menu until you find "Request Time Off" and select it.
Select Date: Choose the date you want to request time off for on the calendar.
Choose Absence Type: Select the appropriate type of absence from the list provided.
Specify Absence Duration: Decide if it's a full-day absence or partial. If partial, enter the start and end times.
Add Comments and Attachments: Provide a reason for the absence in the comment section. Attach any necessary documents, such as a doctor's note.
Submit Request: Click on "Apply Time Off" to review the request. If satisfied, hit "Submit Time Off" to finalize the request.
Review Approval Status: Note that a blue outline check indicates the request is pending approval, while a green full check signifies approval.
Request Multiple Days Off: For longer absences like vacations, keep the start date and adjust the end date accordingly. Click on "Apply Time Off" to include multiple days.
Manage Requests: Review all pending requests, uncheck any unwanted ones, and hit "Cancel" to remove them.
Cautionary Notes:
Ensure to select the correct absence type to avoid confusion.
Double-check the absence duration entered to prevent errors.
Attach any necessary documents as required by the supervisor for approval.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have time available, the system will not process the request. You will need to choose Unexcused Time.
Once time is approved or denied, you will receive an email from your supervisor.
Tips for Efficiency:
Utilize the calendar view to easily select the desired date.
Keep track of approval status by noting the checkmark color.
Remove unwanted requests promptly to keep the record clean and accurate.
