ESI: Provider Maintenance

Provider information will be maintained in ESI.  There are three parts to the process, Part 1-Adding a Person, Part 2-Adding the Staff Type, and Part 3- Adding a Supervisor/Entering Caseload Information. Parts 1 and 2 are completed by the Phoenix Administrator. Below are steps to Part 3. 

Part 3: Add Supervisor 

  1. Go to AdminProvider Maintenance (After the Phoenix Administrator has added the new provider and staff type, enter search criteria in the Search field)

  2. Click Load

  3. Expand No Supervisor by selecting the plus sign next to it

  4. Double click provider's name

  5. Enter Supervisor

  6. Enter School

  7. Enter Specialty

  8. Enter Comments, if necessary

  9. Save

  10. To Add Caseload, click the button

  11. Enter caseload Plan Time, Duty Time, Advise Time, Testing Time, and Travel Time. (Instructional minutes and direct service minutes are already filled in)

  12. Save
