User Messages

When logging in, a User Message may appear with important information about Phoenix. The message will appear following each login until you acknowledge it or it expires.

  1. After reviewing the message, select ‘Acknowledge’ or ‘Close’. If ‘Close’ is selected, the window will close and the message will reappear the next time you login until the message expires.

  2. If you select ‘Acknowledge’, a confirmation window appears.

    1. To confirm the message click ‘Yes’.

    2. If ‘No’ is selected, the User Message Acknowledgement window will close leaving the User Message visible.

Once the message is acknowledged it will no longer appear and it is no longer accessible in Phoenix. The message can be copied to the computer’s clipboard and pasted into a word processing document if it will be needed for future reference.

If there are multiple current User Messages, each will display successively until acknowledged.
