The Eligibility Summary Screen is in any event with an eligibility section. It includes eligibility information from the Disabilities screen. SSD does not use the Evaluation & Reports screen in Phoenix and therefore, the Eligibility Summary is a view only screen. For changes to disabilities, go to the Disabilities Screen.
