Phoenix Release Notes

*There are two types of releases to the Phoenix application. Numbered releases are development completed by the vendor. Releases with the name of a color involve development completed through Special School District. Typically changes to IEP and Evaluation forms are completed by Special School District and would be in a release with a color name.
