Below are steps used to login to Jira to access your Service Desk.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to JIRA using your SSD username and password.

  2. Select Projects and select your Service Desk from the drop-down menu, Assigned to Me appears as the default queue with issues assigned to the user currently logged in.

  3. To select other queues such as "New/reopened", select Switch Queues and choose a queue.
