Step-by-step guide
Login to JIRA using your SSD username and password.
Select Projects and select your Service Desk from the drop-down menu, Assigned to Me appears as the default queue with issues assigned to the user currently logged in.
To select other queues such as "New/reopened", select Switch Queues and choose a queue.
Enter your SSD email address and click Continue.
You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign in screen. Enter your SSD email address and click Next.
On the Special School District sign in screen, enter your SSD password and click Sign in.
Now you will be redirected to the Jira cloud Your work screen.

Go to: https://ssdmo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals or login to the SSD Portal, https://portal.ssdmo.org and locate the SSD Help Center button.
Enter your SSD email address and click Next.
Click Log in with single sign-on.
You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign in screen. Enter your SSD email address and click Next.
On the Special School District sign in screen, enter your SSD password and click Sign in.
Now you will be redirected to the SSD Help Center screen.
