The information below provides the action needed for a student to be imported into TherapyLog from Phoenix and the responsible staff for providing that information. When troubleshooting issues, please refer to this information before contacting the Service Desk.

A student’s record is ACTIVE in ESI the next business day after the first event (Initial Joint Review or Transfer event) has been completed by the Primary Staff assigned to it in Phoenix (based on most recent enrollment)
ESI
Phoenix Status is “ACTIVE (SPECIAL ED), ENROLLED” or “ACTIVE (NON-RESIDENT SERVICES PLAN), ENROLLED” in header
ACTIVE (SPECIAL ED) indicates the Case Manager has locked an active plan in Phoenix
ENROLLED indicates the student has been enrolled by the Intake Department in ESI and added to Phoenix the next business day

If student is SNAP, must have SNAP indicator on student code
