Upgraded users can use the RingCentral mobile app, or desktop app.
You can make internal calls by dialing the extension of the person you are trying to reach.
You can make external calls using the dial pad at the bottom of the screen on the Phone tab.
Outside callers can reach you by calling 314-989-8100 and dialing your extension.
It is still best to have people call 314-989-8100 and enter your extension to reach you directly or leave a voicemail, as these additional phone
However, if they call the phone number it will still ring to your phone and go to your voicemail extension.
You can text from these accounts.
The phone number will show up when you text, and that is the number they should respond to.
You have access to video and audio conferencing, no limit.
You can check voicemail from your app or by dialing 314-989-8448 and following the prompts.
