Phoenix and ESI will be temporarily unavailable as of 6:30 PM on Thursday, October 26, 2023, for scheduled maintenance. The applications will be available for use later that night. This update to the Phoenix application includes the following fix(es):

  • Auto-save has been disabled on all product screens (assessments, classroom accommodations, goals, services, evaluations, and disabilities)

  • Auto-save timer on all form screens has increased from 5 seconds to 120 seconds (2 minutes).

  • Bug which caused the cursor to move on some form screens has been resolved.

  • Bug which caused the save button stay disabled after making a change to Evaluation criteria has been resolved.

  • Bug which caused the manual override on Fed 4 if accidentally marked, unchecking did not unhide the red LRE accepted button has been resolved.

All users must clear their browser cache after this release, use the steps in the link below to clear cache from the browser then restart the computer after the cache has been cleared. Clearing Cache – Desktop Operating System Browsers.
