Update

Rationale

Auto Save

  • Auto-Save timer has increased from 5 seconds to 120 seconds.

    • Once you begin typing, an auto-save timer will appear. After 120 seconds of inactivity, Phoenix will auto-save your information. A green ‘Save Success’ message will appear, and a last saved time stamp will appear at the bottom of the form.

    • You may always manually click the Save button if you do not want to wait for the timer to expire.

  • Auto-Save on assessments, classroom accommodations, goals, services, evaluations, and disabilities product screens has been disabled.

Improvement

Moving Cursor

  • A bug was introduced which caused the cursor to move when typing on the PLAAFP form. This bug was caused by a validation check between text entry. The fix has moved the validation check when out of the field. The cursor will no longer jump when performing this validation.

Bug

Save Button Disabled

  • A bug was introduced which caused the Save button to remain disabled if you were making a change to the Evaluation criteria field on the Goals screen. The fix now allows for the user to save fi they make a change.

IEP Events

Manual Override LRE

  • A bug was causing the Accept LRE button to disappear if the Manual Override checkbox was accidently checked. The fix now will display the button whether new minutes were added or not.
