Phoenix and ESI will be temporarily unavailable as of 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, for scheduled maintenance. The applications will be available for use later that night.

This update to the Phoenix application includes the new feature(s):

The MAP-A justification originally on Form D - Part 3 is now completed on the PLAAFP.
Health and motor are now two separate sections on the RED.
Accommodations updated on forms D and F.
